Delivery & Refund Policy

    Same day delivery in Brisbane Monday to Saturday
  • Place your order by 1300 (10am - Saturday's) for same day delivery in Brisbane * Note: Times are given in Eastern Australian Standard time.
  • Queensland State wide deliveries are same day (subject to availability of florist in location) if ordered by 1300 (10am - Saturday's).** Please note, deliveries outside of Brisbane will be handled by relay organization .
  • Australia wide same day (subject to availability of florist in location) if ordered by 1300 (10am - Saturday's). ** Please note, deliveries outside of Brisbane will be handled by relay organization.

Refund & Return Policy
At Blooms, Baskets & Gifts we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable product and that they will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Extreme heat or changes in the climate will have an affect on the flowers. Therefore, once flowers are dispatched from Blooms, Baskets & Gifts a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced. This then makes it difficult for Blooms, Baskets & Gifts to guarantee the flower quality every time.

It is also important to note that all flowers are unique. Therefore, some flowers will open fully and others will not open at all. Just as some flowers are more fragrant than others. This does not mean that they are of a lesser quality, there are simply different variations of the same flowers. For example, roses are more fragrant when grown in the warmer months than those grown in the cooler months.

Care Instructions
In order to increase the life span of your flowers, we recommend changing the water in the vase every 2 days and cutting the flower stems on a sharp angle. The addition of flower preservative will add to the longevity of your flowers.

Conditions for Returns
Your flowers should last between 3-7 days. However, should your flowers perish within the first two days, Blooms, Baskets & Gifts are happy to dispatch to you a new lot of flowers. Before dispatching of a new order, Blooms, Baskets & Gifts must be satisfied that all care instructions provided were adhered to. Therefore, it is our policy to pick up the original flowers at the time of the new order delivery in order for our florists to determine the cause of the problem. If the original flowers are disposed of, a new order cannot be arranged. Flowers need to be picked up by Blooms, Baskets & Gifts within 3 days of original order.

Cancellation of Orders
Should you wish to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee. All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original online transaction.
Note: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date & time. We are unable to cancel any orders already made and awaiting delivery
